Hycgan, which means “think” or “consider”, is a development manager. We work on concept development and provide strategic advice. We find and evaluate sites, appraise proposals, work with investors and funders, manage the delivery of projects to completion, and can operate a finished building or organise its divestment.

At Hycgan, we take a creative management approach to development, keeping our team small but flexible, and working closely with other project team members and consultants to achieve added value and successful delivery.
